There was a lot more batter then I was expecting, it tastes good though
Spicy Pumpkin Pancakes
1.Heat griddle or skillet over medium heat or to 375°F. Grease griddle with vegetable oil if necessary. In medium bowl, stir all pancake ingredients until well blended. For each pancake, pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle.
2.Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook other sides until golden brown. Serve with syrup.
Just a warning, there was a lot of batter. I ended up making 1o big sized pancakes. I was plating to bring some to Tim when I got a text on my phone from my landlord. She asked what smells so good! I might bring here some since I have so many left over!
These pancakes were fabulous. I made some sausage with them as well it was a perfect breakfast. Easy breakfast perfect for Thanksgiving!
